Since 2004 RSR has delivered energy saving programs like ENERGY STAR® Homes to the home building market. RSR supports participating home builders by providing clear and systematic home building guidelines and a thorough knowledge of program rules and State energy codes.
RSR specializes in tracking and utilizing energy savings information from consumers, builders, and raters. Our proprietary software, HouseRater® takes the guess work-out of computing energy savings in a simple and efficient manner that allows the RSR team to tailor a program to your specific needs.
